- Found in the Crypt of Kixkti Xri.
- Portals you into the Crypt of Ixir Zi after defeating either Matriarch Kixkti Xri (L161), Apprentice Jexki Ki (L125) or Consort Ibrexi Jikti (L95) depending on which level range your fellowship is.
Guardian of the Matriarch's Gaze tells you, "Be warned, the High Matriarch sleeps beneath a work of powerful magic. To remove this before she has been awakened will bring ruin upon this world."
Guardian of the Matriarch's Gaze teleports you with Crypt of Ixir Zi.
