• Purchased from Marid the Stipend Vendor in Arwic.
• During the Spring 2014 Event the following changes were introduced;
  • The Item Spells Certificate, Life Spells Certificate, Creature Spells Certificate and Combat Spells Certificate spells were all changed from Level 7 to Level 8 spells.
  • Gives all available Level 8 Item spells. As such, it does not provide aura of impenetrability or banes.
