Shadow Lugian, author of the Coda. He was responsible for taking Balor to its final fate, after Kerrak's Lieutenants Amaroth, Shoktok and Urleg kidnapped Lord Kresovus pet Mattekar. [1][2]
During the The Calm event, Kerrak appeared as a Lugian NPC in Shoushi. Players could turn in the Forge Essences to him and his Lieutenants to spawn the Crafting Forges.[3][4]
