To access the area of the Alfreth Dungeon where the Banderling Captain is found you need lockpick skill or Zalphoos' Key.
• 2nd version: Dropped by the Trusted Tusker in the Sylsfear Dungeon, in the Shadow/Undead area. Used to open the door that may lock behind you when you enter said area.
